How does Cheryl Connect Nutrition in her life? As the mother of two daughters, Cheryl makes family meals a priority and a celebration, whether cooking in the kitchen or over a camp fire, or relaxing in a favorite restaurant. She believes that fitness is a family and a community affair. So she runs with a pack—of women, that is—before the break of dawn or her children’s eyelids open. She also enjoys outdoor adventures and everyday play time with her family and friends.
