How does Penny Connect Nutrition in her personal life? As an avid athlete and soccer mom teaching her son’s soccer team and parents how to best fuel their bodies, Penny is well known for demonstrating how easy it is to eat for peak performance. Her famous, well-loved snacks such as “cut-but-still-on-the-rind” cantaloupe and watermelon are a favorite on soccer fields throughout Manhattan and she refuses to leave home without her apple divider and travel cutting board.
